About Phoebe

I have 5 years of experience caring for my little brother and younger cousins, which has made me very comfortable taking care of children in a home setting. I help with meals, feeding, changing, homework, playtime, bedtime routines, light cleaning, and keeping children safe, happy, and engaged. I also have over 3 years of professional experience as a Behavior Technician, working with children ages 1 to 14, including children with special needs, behavioral challenges, and different developmental needs. This taught me how to stay patient, calm, and consistent while supporting communication, emotional regulation, social skills, following directions, and positive behavior. I also have experience working in a school setting, where I supported classroom activities, followed routines, and supervised children in a safe and positive environment. I truly love working with kids and always do my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, supported, and well cared for.
