Melissa communicates clearly and efficiently. She is direct, thoughtful, and very empathetic. She truly understands how stressful it can be for parents to find someone they trust to care for their children. She actively engages with our son, plays with him, and plans fun, age-appropriate activities that he really enjoys. She also does a great job sending updates and keeping us informed. So far, we have been extremely happy with the care she provides for our 4-year-old, and I would absolutely recommend her.
