In athletics, I've worked with children ages 4-19 yrs and as a nanny, worked with children ages 4-14 yrs. I'm a firm believer in letting the child express themselves creatively and feel it's important to give them a platform to be heard. I look to make outings fun, encourage positive interactions with others, reward good behavior with the understanding that undesired behavior is constructively corrected.
