Hi there! My name is Tesslynn, but I go by Tess, and I'm hoping to be your kiddo's next babysitter! About a year ago, I worked as a coach, where I led groups of up to 6 children aged 4-6, where I taught them the basics of gymnastics. This job allowed me to become CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as gave me experience with working with children both one on one, and in larger groups. I've worked with roudy, calm, curious, neurodivergent, etc.. I worked this job for over a year, and loved it! Building trust with both the parents and the kids was a key part of the job, and communication was important. That remains one of my priorities.
