About Ikjot

Hi! I am about to graduate in the spring from UCSB with a B. S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences, as well as a minor in Applied Psychology. My schedule will be pretty open after graduation so I can do both regular nannying for at least another year while I'm here and/or occasional babysitting. I have three years of professional experience working with kids ages 3 months to 5 years old at the UCSB Children's Center. I've worked closely with all these ages, primarily with infants, and I am more than comfortable taking care of children of any age. I've taken many courses in child development and early childhood education, and I am in the process of becoming ECE-Certified, as well as getting my first aid and CPR certification. I love ALL animals, so pets are definitely not a problem for me! I have a safe car and a clean driving record if the kiddos need transportation. I also love helping with homework, housework/chores/cleaning, and errands!
