Hilda seems like a lovely person. We met for an interview, she let me know when she was on her way to meet us. She's educated and definitely experienced. It's clear that she's qualified and capable of caring for children. The thing that is really special about her is that she looks to make long term connections with the families she works with. The only reason we didn't hire Hilda is that we're looking for a shorter time frame for care. I would recommend meeting with her to see if she can support your family for sure.
