I'd describe my personality as friendly, empathetic and funny. I'm looking for a job that provides some flexibility as I am currently still employed remotely by a company I've worked for 29 years. I also am a volunteer hospice companion, which I started just a month ago and which brings me a lot of joy. I started caring for seniors when my elderly father moved in with me in 2017. He had renal failure and I cared for him until he passed in 2022. In my spare time, I like to make art of all kinds! My work is currently up at the Portland Art Museum in the show titled, "Inkling Studio: Community and Printmaking in Portland". Also I love gardening and weight lifting. My skills include listening and providing companionship as well as assisting in whatever way I can, whether that is helping around the house or in the garden. I'm physically very strong and like tackling any and all projects.
