I worked in schools as a para-pro. 18 years with emotionally impaired. During those years worked with elementary through high school one-on-one or small groups, mostly direct instruction. From September to January 29 I was a learning coach for K and 2nd grader supporting their learning through online school program. We had a great success and they returned f2f confident and well prepared. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to help with tutoring and behavior.
