About Heidi

For the past 16 years, I've been passionate about helping elementary students unlock their full potential. I am a certified teacher with a graduate degree from the U of MN in education. I believe every student is unique and thrives with personalized support. I adapt my teaching through visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions, always encouraging feedback to find what works best. I keep students motivated by celebrating small wins and breaking down tough problems. Communication is key; I provide regular updates to parents, building trust and reinforcing learning at home. The most rewarding part of tutoring is seeing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I would love to use my experience to help your child succeed.
