I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments where students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen to students and observe how they interact with new material. I vary my teaching strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I celebrate small successes, provide positive reinforcement, and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Open communication is essential. It allows me to understand your needs and adapt my approach. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a degree in Elementary Education and recently completed the Read Act training for teachers in MN. I am currently in my 21st year of teaching. I would love to help you succeed!
