About Heather

I enjoy watching students at all levels thrive and seeing them grasp concepts. For parents & guardians, I will provide regular updates. I have completed over 20 credited visual art, history, and education courses and have an MA in art and design. I worked at the Art Institute of Chicago (2. 5 years), the Museum of Contemporary Photography (1. 5 years), and UW-Madison Division of the Arts (8+ years). I have volunteered for over 40 hours in K-5 art classrooms, 2+ years as a reading tutor volunteer for 3-5 grade, worked at daycare centers and summer camp, and used to watch children on a regular basis when I was younger. I have also volunteered for the Art Institute of Chicago (2. 5 years), Denver Art Museum (4+ years), and Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (1+ year).
