About Heather

I'd describe my personality as friendly, kind, energetic. I truly enjoy helping people creating a meaningful connection. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and makes a real difference in someone's life. I started my journey in caregiving when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I saw the difference her caregivers made. It meant that we could still take care of ourselves knowing that someone was there to look after her when we had to be somewhere else, supporting other family members or working. In my spare time, I'm with my family. We camp and ride bikes. I exercise everyday but I also love to watch movies and football. We see live music and go the theater and ballet as much as we can. We love to travel and often visit family. I enjoy cleaning and organizing. I think making a space tidy is important to being able to relax and rest. Sometimes it's nice to have someone help get us going or set up a routine to make our day move smoothly. We all need a little motivation!
