I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to share how grateful I am for Anna and her service dog, Pipi. At my age, some of the daily things I used to do easily have become harder, and having their help has made a world of difference. Anna is patient, gentle, and always respectful. She never makes me feel rushed or like a burden. She helps me with my meals, keeps things tidy around the house, and makes sure I’m safe moving around. She also listens—really listens—which means a lot to me. Pipi is a wonderful companion. He sits with me while Anna works and has a calming way about him. I didn’t realize how much comfort a dog could bring until he became part of my routine. The two of them have brought more peace, safety, and kindness into my home than I ever expected. I feel well cared for, and I look forward to their visits. I’m very thankful for both of them.
