Hello. I'm passionate about keeping seniors happy, healthy and safe in their own homes. I believe in a strengths-based way of assisting folks, empowering autonomy while managing safety. I know it is a grief cycle that happens as folks age and I can absolutely support that process. I practice trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques. I provide all levels of assistance ~ Memory Care, Dementia, Alzheimers through Hospice care. I'm a great listener and love to hear about their lifetime of experiences. I have plenty to contribute and so the flow of personally connecting is easy. I work closely with families to build a Care Plan. I am experienced in Managing Teams & Administrative Tasks, as well all ADLs, Mobility & Transferring, Hygiene & Grooming, Medications, Nutrition, Documentation, Transportation, Medical Appts, and Accessing other supports as needed. My experiences over many years have lead to my absolute conviction that providing senior care is my calling.
