About Kibou

Hello, my name is Kibou! As someone raised by their grandparents, it is a passion of mine to support older folks that feel lonely. My grandpa would always tell me how he looked forward to spending time with me, because in his words, he didn't have friends. Even if he was just driving me to go to school, or if we were watching space movies together, I feel happier knowing I was there for him in his loneliest time. And maybe he didn't feel lonely, because I was there to spend time with him. In honor of my grandpa, I want to support my local community and be a companion to help out more older folks. I think it would heal a part of me that misses my grandpa and our long talks, and I hope that it heals whoever I meet, too. And maybe, we can both feel less alone together.
