I provide warm, compassionate companionship and practical support for seniors who want an extra set of caring hands. My focus is conversation, connection, and helping with simple day-to-day needs like light errands, appointment drop-offs, and friendly check-ins. I'm not a medical caregiver and I don't assist with lifting, personal care, or medications. My approach is calm, respectful, and safety-minded, and I'm happy to work alongside family caregivers to give them peace of mind and short breaks. I will have my 6-year-old with me during visits, and we keep activities quiet, kind, and age-appropriate.
