About Heather

I started tutoring students with IEPs when I was in sixth grade and that continued into my sophomore year of high school. In college, I tutored freshman and sophomore high schoolers, mostly in math, science, and social studies. I also tutored middle school for one year and worked as an after school program leader (tutoring and activities/coaching) for three years. I would comfortably say I can tutor up to high school junior status, but would steer clear of AP courses or math past algebra and geometry (it has been a long time since I studied advanced algebra and trigonometry, and never calculus).
