About Caitlyn

Hi there! I have taught high school Math for 9 years and have been a private math tutor for the past 3 years. I received my Bachelors degree in Secondary Education with a Concentration in Mathematics from Indiana University-Bloomington and my Masters degree in Secondary Education with a Concentration in English as a Second Language from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. The subjects I have taught are: Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus. I believe any student can be successful in Math, sometimes we just need a little extra explanation and practice! With my background as a teacher, supplemental classroom activities and content is used during sessions. I look forward to helping your child reach their fullest potential in Math! I am free after school hours during the week and on Sundays. Each session is typically an hour in length. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
