About Heather

Hi family & friends, My name is Heather. I am a patient, genuine person who is sincerely interested in helping you, your family member or friend with life needs. I will do light house cleaning, walk a pet, run errands, make a little meal or snack, go to appointments and water plants. Please, ask me if there are any special projects or needs. In my personal life I enjoy gathering fresh veggies and fruit from my garden. I regularly walk/hike/ski/kayak. At different times in my life I have lead Qigong classes, taught swimming and skiing and participated in a homeschool program. From these experiences I've gained practical skills in time management and communication. Also, I've raised an autistic son. I have flexibility and better, although not perfect, understanding of safety, acceptance, clear communication, routines, and sensory sensitivities.
