About Destiny

I have 6 years of experience at a skilled nursing facility where I learned a great portion of what I know. Being at the SNF you have residents who come from all over, all walks of life, and all different types of personalized care. While being at a facility I have helped multiple families while caring for their loved ones in their own home setting. I can help with Transportation Services, medication management, rehab patient due to surgery, accident, etc., and families with loved one's who have Dementia/Alzhiemers. I hope to join the system you have in place for your loved ones in hopes to help lighten your load and have you feeling more comfortable about the care they are receiving!
