As a dedicated and experienced caregiver, I bring a patient, creative, friendly, and imaginative approach to working with children. My goal is to create enriching, playful experiences that spark imagination and curiosity. I believe in open and consistent communication with families, offering verbal updates at pickup or regular check-ins via text or phone-always based on the parents' preferred method. My motivation to be a caregiver is rooted in a deep personal passion for fostering children's growth and development. I strive to make a positive and lasting impact in their lives while offering dependable support and peace of mind to the families I work with. I have experience working with children with autism in a clinic setting and I am in my masters program to eventually be a therapist for children with autism. I have training in DIR-Floortime, instead of ABA, which is more relationship and developmental based. I'd really love the opportunity to chat with you!
