About Christy

My name is Christy. I am 20 years old. I have over 6 years experience in nannying and caring for babies and children. I worked our church nursery for years, provided child care for summer camps, babysat for church meetings and cared for children for private families. I also served as a live in nanny for 2 families. One had 7 children ages newborn through 13. The other had 3-month-old twins and 2 toddlers. I have taken care of children ages newborn through 15 years old. My responsibilities included providing a safe and stimulating environment, feeding, changing, bathing, nap and bedtime routines, light meal prep, light housework, organizing and pet care. I strive to provide developmentally appropriate play in a safe and healthy environment. I engage with babies and children individually to build a positive relationship with them. I have exceptional attention to detail. I am creative, patient, trustworthy and conscientious. I had a 4. 0 in high school and hope to be a Doula or midwife.
