Listen, I ranked Carol as 5 stars because that's as high as I'm able, but please trust me when I say she's worth so much more than 5 stars. Literally a godsend. She's so great with our 5 month old, always engaging with him, singing to him, and explaining the world around him. She helps us (as first time parents) to understand what to expect him to do next and what to be (or more often not to be) concerned about. Carol's years of experience are invaluable and she's also incredibly patient with our dogs and cats. I can't imagine what we would do without her!
