About Hannah

I love being present with the world around me and my favorite thing about kids is how easy that comes for them. I love helping kids build life experiences through somatic play and mindfulness, and being present and engaged whether we're eating a snack or going on a walking adventure, or playing with toys. It brings me great joy to watch development over time as a child navigates the world. I really value getting outside with kids of all ages, and helping them to develop a relationship with the natural world around them. I have an environmental degree and find immense joy in connecting kids with plants, insects, animals, and even finding mindfulness and connection with water, sunshine, or just fresh air. I love all sorts of play, including art, learning, imaginative play, outdoor activities, stories, and helping me/teaching skills and tasks. I value modeling emotional regulation skills and try to be the best example I can be for those little sponges.
