Just moved to Indiana! I am a registered behavioral technician and work at an autism center. I have over 10 years of experience working with people with special needs. At the age of 5, one of my brothers was in a life-altering accident which left him with special needs. As my family adjusted to this new lifestyle, I fell in love with the people in this community. What makes me different is that I have worked with a variety of ages from 2 years old to 25 years old, moderate specials needs to extremely severe special needs.

Halle is amazing. My house was hard to find on the GPS so we had a bit of a rough time getting her here for the interview but she was so great to call me and let me know she had trouble finding us. Despite getting lost on the way over when she arrived she was calm and collected (I would have felt rushed and been panicked!). Halle was very professional yet personal at the same time. I was able to see her personality right away. She interacted with my children rather than only me and my husband. Halle is always on time, she provides me with her schedule right when she gets it, my kids are excited to see her and I trust her in my home. She makes a huge effort with my 2 (special needs) sons to get to know them and activities that they like to build a relationship with them. She is prompt to respond to my text messages about scheduling and if I message her while we are out she gets back to me right away so I don't panic about the kids. Halle is overall, amazing. I will continue to use her as long as I can :) I recommend her to any family, but selfishly want to keep her all to myself.
