About Claire

With 5 siblings (youngest being 6 at the moment) and years of childcare with all different ages and needs, I'm comfortable and confident in most situations. While I am not certified with either, I have lots of experience with type 1 diabetes and children with special needs, and am more than willing to get those certifications if needed! I like working with kids because I want to do the best I can to help any kid that needs it and make it so that they can grow up to be awesome, happy people. I started working with kids when I was 17, and I've been working with them ever since I realized that was what I want to do. In my spare time, I like indoor activities like reading and writing but also spend a lot of time outdoors hiking and camping. One thing you should know about me is I have three years of experience working in groups of up to 25 kids, so I can handle pretty much anything you throw at me (literally and figuratively).
