About Haley

Haley come across as very friendly and seemed like a good fit when we met with her, interviewed, and provided a clear set of expectations. This included a start date and times, with her responding like she was looking to work and prove herself to be provided additional hours for her services. Our toddler liked her a lot during the hour we met, and we thought she was a terrific fit. Haley was contacted about being given the position with other hours to be provided to another applicant, so both she and another person would work on opposite schedules. She claimed it was "so complex" that we were going to be providing the role to two different people (?), and claimed that we were asking her to work for free, for reasons still unknown to us. After being assured by us through messages in Care and through text messages that she would be paid exactly the hourly rate on her profile, did not respond to us at all through Care, text messages, or phone calls, none of which she answered after making that claim. I cannot recommend her. Haley is clearly unable to commit to performing the work she herself applied to perform. Finally, Haley was asked specifically about the other 1-star review she has, and she "didn't really know where it came from." We now have a good picture why it is there, and we ask Care that they leave this one as well.
