Tessa has been absolutely phenomenal with our one year old daughter! She's always 100% engaged and doing something to keep her growing and learning. Our baby is delighted to see her each morning and has gone through leaps and bounds in the months she's spent under Tessa's care. They spend all day reading, playing, learning, and getting lots of outdoor time when the weather's right. She comes to us with lots great ideas for developmentally appropriate play. And frankly, we *still* don't understand how easily she gets her down for naps. Tessa has always shown up on time, given plenty of notice if she has something like an appointment coming up, kept on top of baby messes, and has just constantly gone above and beyond. We'll be incredibly sad to see her go.
