About Katey

Caring for children and helping them grow has been a huge part of my life for the past 11 years. I've cared for up to three children at a time, ranging from infants to pre-teens, and I try to create a calm, safe, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I've also completed coursework in Early Child Development. I love keeping kids active with outdoor play, sports, crafts, and creative activities instead of just sticking them in front of a screen all day. I'm comfortable following household routines and rules, helping with light housekeeping, supervising swimming, and keeping parents updated in whatever way they prefer throughout the day. My goal is always to make life a little easier for parents while making sure their kids feel cared for, safe, and supported.
