About Hailey

Hi, I'm Hailey! I'm originally from Wisconsin and now settling into life in Virginia Beach, where I work for the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Growing up, I babysat my younger cousins and siblings, and over the years I've had three long-term nanny positions plus regular babysitting for several other families. Kids have always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, whether that's homework help, outdoor play, or just being a steady, trustworthy presence. I bring a responsible, detail-oriented approach to childcare along with real, hands-on experience. I'm looking forward to getting to know families in the area and helping out where I can.
