About Erika

I'm Erika, a 23-year-old from Virginia Beach, VA, with a genuine passion for children. I believe children are like sponges, so I love pouring positivity, patience, encouragement, and love into them. I was raised in a daycare setting until age 15, making childcare a natural part of my life. I worked as an Assistant Teacher at Creative World School and now nanny and babysit for families from time to time. I'm energetic, caring, and firm. I enjoy watching children learn, explore, and grow while being a positive role model.
