Hi! I'm Ti'Shjay! I'm a warm, spirited, and experienced nanny with 10+ years of childcare experience, caring for children from newborns through the school years. I love getting to know each child's personality, interests, and individual needs while creating a calm, safe, and engaging environment. I'm a hands-on caregiver who enjoys both everyday routines and getting out into the world. I enjoy parks, libraries, activities, errands, playdates, and fun little adventures. I also love cooking, reading, arts and crafts, music, and finding creative ways to make learning part of everyday life. I value open communication, consistency, trust, and respecting each family's parenting style. My goal is to give children attentive, loving care while helping parents feel confident and supported.
