About Hailee

Hello! I've been working with children since I was a teenager, and my experience has grown even more since becoming a mom. I'm 26 years old, and my son will be turning 3 this May, which has given me even more hands-on understanding of child development and care. I lived in Oregon for a few years before moving back to Alabama last year. For the past year, I've worked in daycare and preschool settings, including two 5-star facilities, where I've gained valuable experience caring for and teaching young children. I hold over 12 certifications and am fully trained in CPR and First Aid, so safety is always my top priority. My passion is working with little ones-not just caring for them, but helping them learn, grow, and reach new milestones every day. I'm reliable, nurturing, and open to working weekends to support your family's needs! I'm looking for a job that I can also focus on school, but take what i've learned in a day care setting to others in a 1 on 1 setting!
