Melissa was phenomenal with our 11 month old son. She was on time, quickly learned and adapted to our routines, and spent time playing with him on his level. She sent updates and photos when we were away, which was wonderful. Additionally, she was also great with our dogs. I will definitely hire her again whenever we need childcare.
