About Gracie

Hi! My name is Gracie. I graduated in May of 2025 with a Bachelors in Psychology from UNCC, and I work full time as a Registered Behavior Technician. As an RBT, my role is to help children with Autism and other behavioral disorders learn how to communicate and become school ready! I have 6 months of experience in RBT work, about one year of experience in at home babysitting/childcare, and about 4 years of experience in being an after school dance teacher. I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and bubbly. I like working with kids because they have such interesting ways of thinking. I just love how they view the world! I am available as a weeknight sitter if you're in need of a little date night :), or if you need care on the weekends! My weeknight availability varies, but with enough communication I can usually make it work.
