Hello, my name is Alexis! I come from a big African family with three siblings, nearly 10 aunts and uncles on each side, and dozens of cousins-so caring for kids has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up, I was the go-to babysitter for many of them, which taught me early on how to be patient, playful, and responsible. In addition to my personal experience, I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support for children with autism. I'm trained in behavior management and CPR certified, so I'm confident working with children of all needs and backgrounds in a structured and compassionate way. One thing I value from being raised by African parents is the importance of respect, which is something I teach the children I care for. I know how to keep things fun and nurturing, while also setting healthy boundaries. I'm excited to get back into nannying and would love the opportunity to support your family!

Alexis and her family lived in the same neighborhood as me. I have 3 kids and a dog and Alexis handled the kids perfectly and kept the dog hydrated and fed while me and my husband were working on the weekends. Alexis is very dependable, she would always make sure my kids were fed, did their work on time, cleaned up after themselves, and would also genuinely care about them. I hated that she had to go for college, but if I could, I'd hire her again!
