Howdy! I am currently a Montessori preschool teacher and am looking for occasional opportunities to help care for little ones:) I studied elementary education and psychology in college. I also worked full time in a children's psychiatric hospital where I learned deescalation and communication techniques. I have spent the last year working in outdoor education teaching state curriculum and facilitating leadership development. I enjoy spending my free time being outside, exploring creeks and hiking. I am a big artist at heart, painting, pottery and photography being my muse. I also enjoy reading and writing and believe all of these to influence creative play. I am Wilderness First Aid, Lifeguard with Waterfront, and CPR/AED certified and I have a car and a clean driving record.
