About Abigail

As the founder of Tutoring and Mentoring, Abigail set out with a vision to redefine the tutoring experience across the Denver metro area, bringing a fresh and impactful approach to math education. She studied at Northwestern University, where she earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Secondary Education, and has since then honed her skills in fostering innovative thinking practices through her career as a high school math teacher. She currently teaches AP Statistics and Honors Precalculus at a local independent school. She is committed to empowering students, unlocking their potential in math with personalized, engaging tutoring sessions, but has a particular passion for math enrichment and creating challenging curriculums for students who need more. Outside of teaching, she has 15 years of experience working as nanny, au pair, babysitter, lifeguard, etc. Please reach out if you need a babysitter or tutor!
