About Francine

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and joyful! I like working with kids because they are amazing, curious, intellectual, and kind creatures! Kids are so brilliant and resilient, and they just want to be heard and understood. They deserve to know that their ideas matter, and I'm grateful to have the chance to encourage them to explore the world in a safe and positive way! I started working with kids in 2022 at a tutoring center. I have since moved on to after school care, and I feel I have found my niche in a more caregiving type role! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, play with my dog, read, and do musical theatre! One thing you should know about me is I have your children's best interest at heart. I am passionate about allowing children to be creative and curious in a safe way! I will always listen to your children and put their needs first. I think every child deserves to be heard and known that they are loved and cared for!
