About Valery

Hi families! I'm Valery, and caring for others has always come naturally to me. As the oldest of five siblings, I like to say caregiving is in my DNA! I have 6 years of babysitting and nannying experience, beginning at age 14, along with 2 years of RBT experience and 1 year of respite care experience. I've worked with children of all ages, including kiddos with Autism, Asperger's, Down syndrome, and ADHD, in school, clinical, and in-home settings. I'm CPR certified, First Aid trained, and Crisis Intervention trained. I love getting to know each child's unique personality, finding fun ways to connect, and creating a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive. I'm passionate about making a lasting, positive impact on children and families. I also have some experience with sports and an art background, so I enjoy incorporating creative, active, and engaging activities into my time with kids.
