About Frances

Frances recently completed 2 1/2 years of teaching preschool at San Francisco's Preschool with graduating preschoolers going off to the most elite elementary schools in the city. However, as a second-generation educator, her experience and knowledge are many years in the making. Frances uses an open-ended approach to the childhood experience combined with the social-emotional guidance that is outlined in the popular book, "How to Talk so Little Kids Will Listen." Her pedagogy is Reggio and Montessori inspired. Frances' work has been regarded highly by children, parents, supervisors, and colleagues. In addition to a broad-based education including a Master's degree, Frances has earned 12 units in child development credit. Parental and professional references are available upon request.
