About Kaylie

Hi! My name is Kaylie, and I'm currently studying at Saint Mary's to earn my degree in Elementary Education. I've been a preschool teacher for two years, and I absolutely love working with young children. Teachers should, in my opinion, serve as kind, encouraging role models for their students. Students will learn to respect others and themselves if their teacher is a good role model. It's critical to acknowledge that each student has unique needs. Teachers and students can have an encouraging relationship based on communication and trust. Personally, I believe that having an inspiring teacher is essential for all students. Being an inspiring role model for my students is crucial in my classroom. I bring the same dedication and care to babysitting, ensuring that each child feels valued, understood, and inspired.
