With 10 more years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting adults and seniors with compassion. My background includes some high school education. I offer respite care, transportation, help with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm also CPR Trained. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when handling confusion or behavioral changes. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Building a connection with your loved one by understanding their preferences and history is important to me. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
