As a once Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm equipped to offer a wide range of services, from Alzheimer's, Dementia, personal care and mobility assistance to respite and hospice support. I'm also skilled in medical management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. My approach is patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for care recipients and communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports.
