About Rougui

Rougui has been an incredible help to my family, and I cannot say enough good things about how caring, dependable, and attentive she is. A few months ago, my father became very ill and needed extra help after being discharged from the hospital. Rougui stepped in and helped make sure he was comfortable, had what he needed, and was doing well while recovering. She prepared meals for him, helped with cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household responsibilities, while also keeping an eye on his overall well being. Having someone trustworthy nearby who genuinely cared about how he was doing gave our family a tremendous amount of peace of mind. More recently, my grandparents both became ill after returning home from a vacation, and Rougui was there for them as well. She, again, helped prepare food, went grocery shopping, took care of laundry, cleaned and kept the house organized, and made sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed while they recovered. She was attentive to how they were feeling and helped with the everyday tasks that can become very difficult when someone is sick. She also made sure that their medication’s were taken at the proper times and even asked me if she was allowed to pick them up from the pharmacy if they ran out. What stands out most about Rougui is that she genuinely cares about the people she is helping. She is kind, patient, responsible, thoughtful, and willing to step in wherever she is needed. She does much more than simply complete household tasks. She pays attention to the person’s well being and makes sure they feel cared for and supported. She has helped my family during several difficult situations, and we are extremely grateful to have her as a neighbor and someone we can trust. After knowing her for more than seven years, I consider her and her family a part of my family. I would highly recommend Rougui to anyone looking for a compassionate, reliable, and hardworking caregiver.
