About Erica

Hello there! I'm Erica! As a caregiver, my greatest passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds in creative ways. With a decade of experience in various babysitting roles as well as overnight summer camp counseling for three years, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages. My patient, creative, and approachable nature allows me to connect easily with children and build a trusting relationship. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their children's day through daily written reports or regular updates. When it comes to household rules, I am comfortable enforcing them consistently to ensure a safe and structured environment. From sports to music (playing guitar/singing) to educational games I enjoy a wide range of activities with children that cater to their interests/promote learning. I was a camp counselor for years and also attended that same summer camp.
