We hired Emma for what was supposed to be a recurring job each week. At first she seemed very interested and communicated well. Our kids liked her and still ask about her. But after 4-5 weeks she didn’t show up anymore. No call or heads up or anything. We even reached out afterwards just to make sure she was ok but still no response. Emma seems to be great when she is there but does not appear to be dependable childcare.
