About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as loving, joyful and grounded. I like working with kids because it's my passion. It is something I have loved since a young age and hope to continue for years to come. I'm looking for a job that is available for the summer and allows weekends off. I started working with kids when I was 11 years old babysitting my neighbors, from the age of 15 started nannying and babysitting, by the age of 18 I was nannying, babysitting, care taking and working as a paraprofessional in the school district. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, read, line dance and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I love what I do and will work hard. I have always loved working with children and enjoy helping families. My skills include calm yet stern care, creating a loving and happy environment and fostering creativity, fun and education through activities.
