Hello! I'm Emily. I'm passionate about creating engaging and effective opportunities for learning through evidence based practices. I'd love to help your learner excel in and enjoy reading and math! My availability is open for Summer 2025! I offer reading and math tutoring, as well as study skill and homework planning support for high school and college students. I'm pursuing a PhD in School Psychology and an MS in Special Education. I have experience with students of all ages with disabilities. I conduct research at UO, studying academic intervention efficacy and executive functioning in at-risk learners. Prior grad school, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a minor in Neuroscience, and a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from UMN. I've worked and volunteered as a tutor and classroom aide, since 2015. I've served as a literacy and math tutor with Americorps.
