About Emily

I genuinely enjoy working with kids and helping them feel more confident in school. I tutor elementary and middle school students in English, history, test prep, music, drama, and dance. I'm patient, encouraging, and believe learning works best when kids feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I like getting to know each student and finding ways to make lessons fun and relevant to their interests, rather than just going through worksheets. I also really value communication with parents and want you to feel comfortable knowing how your child is doing and what we're working on. My goal is for every student to leave a session feeling more confident, supported, and proud of themselves.
